Window Hoods

Here's a project for you. The hoods from this house outside of Goderich are heavy, cast concrete, meant to be built into the brick. They were no fun coming down so don't ask us to help you put them back up. Having said that, they are quite striking.

The full arch - made of 5 pieces - features a grape cluster key stone bordered by a rope mould ogee. The lower, sill elements are not available.

The trumpet vine had all but taken over this house and apart from the bees, rotten floor boards and massive chunks of concrete carried down ladders, we had a lovely day to work on it.

Segmented arches feature chip-carved like details on 5 pieces. The lower sill elements are not available.
